This Technical Committee has been established in order to discuss the eggshell regulation (Regulation (EC) 1774/2002 on animal by-products) and to try to work out a common point of view for the egg processing sector. The aim is to work out a strategy to try to unify the interpretation of this legislation on a European level and to limit its consequences for the sector.
