EEPA's Technical Committee "GUIDE GMP"
According to Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 the development, dissemination and use of both national and Community Guides to Good Practice must be encouraged. Therefore EEPA’s Technical Committee developed a Guide to Good Manufacturing Practice for the Egg Products Industry. This Guide was approved by the European Commission in July 2011.
Food operators may use this guide on a voluntary basis in order to give them guidance in their business activities.
