EEPA's Technical Committee "GUIDE GMP" - Guide to Good Manufacturing Practice for Egg Processing
 

According to Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 the development, dissemination and use of both national and Community Guides to Good Practice must be encouraged. Therefore EEPA's Technical Committee developed a Guide to Good Manufacturing Practice for the Egg Products Industry. This Guide was approved by the European Commission in July 2011.

 

Food operators may use this guide on a voluntary basis in order to give them guidance in their business activities and most certainly what concerns food hygiene and safety.

 

The original English version of EEPA's Guide to GMP has been published on the webpage of the European Commission.

 

Since then it has been translated into all EU languages.
